Each BTV is then cleaned, primed, painted, heat cured and striped to create a finish that puts it in a class all its own. Our Six Bunks Make the BTV Difference   Don't fight loading your boat at the ramp. With our six bunk system the center two bunks serve to guide your boat gently and correctly onto your BTV. This eliminates the unsightly guide-ons that spoil the look of your boat on the trailer. More importantly, our unique system helps distribute the weight of your boat over a broader surface, reducing the stress on the hull. UFP Torsin Axles   One of the standard features that make Prestige Trailers so popular is the UFP rubber torsion axle with Gold Series Oil Bath Bearings. The UFP torsion axles use specially formulated “vulcanized” rubber to cushion the turning of the inner rod, creating the best suspension on the market today. Safety Features   One of the standard features found on a BTV is step plates, fully extended to the rear of the trailer. Each step plate is topped with aluminum treadbrite, which allows easier and safer boat gear loading and unloading - and enhances the beauty of the trailer. A non-skid safety walk on top of the fenders and the T-section behind the coupler has also been added. These allow the user to confidently step on the trailer with less chance of slipping or falling. The BTV Difference   Prestige's commitment to detail is evident in the thorough preparation of the steel even before the painting process begins. We apply PPG paint to create a high definition finish equivalent to that found in the auto industry. Our galvanized trailers retainthe same quality features as our painted trailers, and are some of the most eye catching.
